If you are an existing customer, you can:

  1. Request help or order products at the Syncrety Services Web Portal (sign in with your Microsoft 365 account or request an email token to log on) using your computer or smartphone.

  2. Request help or order products from your computer's Syncrety Services app or our Syncrety Services Portal right inside of Teams.

  3. Email us at [email protected].

  4. Call our Service Department at 250-434-8588 ext. 55 and leave a voicemail, which will convert into a ticket for us.
